Facade Technician

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of building facades in the city of Os. Your main duties will include conducting inspections, identifying and resolving issues with the facade, and performing necessary repairs using specialized tools and equipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of work performed and ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of building facades and their components, as well as experience working with specialized tools such as scaffolding, power washers, and sealants. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facade maintenance or related field
- Strong understanding of building facades and their components
- Experience working with specialized tools such as scaffolding, power washers, and sealants
- Ability to work at heights using appropriate safety equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian proficiency preferred)
- Valid driver's license
