Entry-Level Solar Installer

As an Entry-Level Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of solar panels and related equipment. This is a physically demanding job that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to learn the skills necessary to become a successful solar installer.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial buildings
- Perform routine maintenance on existing solar systems
- Learn how to troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working at heights and with electrical equipment
- Assist in keeping job sites clean and organized
- Follow instructions from senior installers and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts is a plus but not required

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
