As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment in residential and commercial spaces. Your main goal will be to ensure that the installation is done efficiently and safely, in accordance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and physical fitness.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best location for solar panel installation
- Assemble, install, and maintain solar panel systems according to manufacturer instructions
- Ensure all electrical connections are completed accurately and safely
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each installation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in solar energy is a plus
- Proven experience as a Solar Installer or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read blueprints/diagrams
- Physical fitness to climb ladders, work on roofs, and lift heavy materials as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

Salary:
As a Solar Installer in Izhevsk, you can expect a starting salary of 1500$ per month. Salary may vary depending on experience level and qualifications.
