Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine


We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious Indian restaurant in Ashdod. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, creating and implementing menu items, managing inventory and food costs, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality and authentic Indian cuisine is consistently delivered to our guests.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume Indian restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking methods
- Ability to create new and innovative dishes while also maintaining traditional recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Biometric passport or eligibility to work in Israel without sponsorship
