We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our products in retail stores and ensuring they are displayed in an attractive and organized manner. Your role will involve creating eye-catching displays, monitoring inventory levels, and conducting market research to identify new trends and opportunities.

Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and attract customers
- Create visually appealing displays that highlight the features of our products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure proper product placement in stores
- Train store staff on product features and promotions
- Maintain relationships with retail partners to ensure our products are well represented in their stores

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month along with accommodation. We also provide free visa sponsorship and air tickets for eligible candidates.
