We are a leading welding company based in Nairobi and we are looking for an entry level welder to join our team. As a welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts by using various welding techniques. This is a full-time position with no English language requirements, making it suitable for all levels of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Measure and mark workpieces for welding
- Set up and operate welding equipment
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous welding experience is not required but is an asset
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions
- Familiarity with different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail
