Our architectural firm in Acre, Kenya is seeking a talented Industrial Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, innovative designs that meet their requirements. Your expertise in industrial design, construction methods, and building codes will be crucial in successfully completing projects. This position offers a salary of 1200$, part-time hours without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to develop project briefs and understand their goals and requirements
- Create detailed designs for industrial buildings and facilities, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is accurately implemented
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of industrial design principles, building materials, and construction methods
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
