Hotel Sales Manager in Mombasa, Kenya


We are a leading hotel in Mombasa, Kenya seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue by developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential partners
- Monitor sales activities and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain sales reports to track progress
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery to guests
- Attend industry events and actively network to promote the hotel's brand

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and customer behavior
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Mombasa, Kenya
