Office Assistant
Our company is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Hawalli. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who are looking for a part-time job with no English language requirements.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff. This includes managing and organizing paperwork, answering phone calls and emails, and coordinating with other departments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office setting and must be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
