Sales Manager - Medina


We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Medina. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the sales team to ensure success. We are seeking a candidate who is fluent in English, has previous sales experience, and is able to work full time. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to provide exceptional customer service and be comfortable working with students. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, as well as a free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships
- Analyze market trends to stay ahead of competition
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
- Train new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset
