Project Manager for International Development Projects in Triesen, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. Our company specializes in international development projects and we are looking for a candidate with a strong background in project management, preferably in the development sector. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on communities around the world.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and oversee multiple international development projects
- Develop project proposals, budgets and timelines in collaboration with team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure all tasks are completed within budget and timeline constraints
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders including clients, partners and team members
- Identify potential risks or challenges and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Manage project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for accurately
- Provide guidance and support to project team members to ensure successful completion of tasks
- Conduct regular evaluations of project outcomes and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations and ethical standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in International Development, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the development sector
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards shared goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficient in budget management
- Experience working with international teams is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is an asset

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Triesen, Liechtenstein. Relocation assistance is not provided so candidates must already have the right to work in Triesen.
