Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Sofia. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of the construction process. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resources allocation plans
- Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are followed
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track
- Oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other project team members
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English

Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with Indian or African contractors. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates if needed.
