We are in need of a skilled and experienced Barber to join our salon located in the bustling city of Malindi. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services to our diverse clientele. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a passion for the art of barbering.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Barber
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to perform various haircuts, styles, and grooming services
- Knowledge of different hair types and textures
- Familiarity with current trends in men's grooming
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work without supervision

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them on their desired hairstyle or grooming service
- Provide recommendations based on client's face shape, hair type, and preferences
- Perform haircuts, trims, shaves, and other grooming services according to client's specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of all tools and equipment used
- Upsell products or additional services when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in men's grooming through continuous training and education
