We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Administrative Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our office staff and ensure the smooth operation of our daily business activities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
- Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport required for international travel purposes
