We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate English Tutor to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group instruction to students of all ages and levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of each student
- Assess students' language proficiency and track their progress
- Create a positive learning environment that fosters growth and confidence
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to enhance students' understanding and retention of the material
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on students' progress
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share resources and ideas

Requirements:

- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in education, linguistics, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an English tutor or teacher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania

Note: This is a full-time position without accommodation. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Lithuania.
