Plumber - Residential and Commercial


We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial properties. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month, with the option for long-term employment. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. Biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan layout of plumbing systems.
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while working on job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs or installations needed.
- Keep accurate records of work performed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber in residential and commercial settings.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to plumbing systems.
- Strong communication skills in English are required for this position.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment.

Preferred:
- Experience working on construction sites or in renovation projects.
- Biometric passport for ease of travel between job sites.
