We are a renowned bakery located in the bustling city of Malindi, known for our delectable pastries and baked goods. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Baker to join our team.

As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking various types of bread, pastries, and desserts. You will also be tasked with maintaining inventory levels, ensuring quality control, and keeping the bakery clean and organized.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional Baker
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail and high standards for quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit as the job requires standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Foreigners are welcome to apply with valid work permits or visas

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, icings, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and desserts using commercial ovens and other equipment
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing or other toppings as required
- Ensure all products are consistently high-quality and meet customer expectations
- Maintain cleanliness of work area including equipment, counters, and floors
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for baking
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Follow all safety regulations in handling food products
