Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and organized individuals to join our customer service support team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist customers by answering inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive service experience. This is a remote position, and all necessary training will be provided.

• Respond to customer messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve basic service-related questions
• Maintain clear communication and follow company procedures
• Work independently and manage time effectively

• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
• Ability to work remotely with stable internet connection
• No prior experience required (training provided)
