Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxurious hotel in the beautiful city of Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of the hotel, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that are innovative, high quality, and meet the needs of our guests
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation to ensure high standards are maintained
- Manage and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to execute menu items efficiently
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food to maintain freshness and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in menu planning
- Fluent English language skills
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
