Barista - English Speaking (Temporary/Seasonal)

Our café in Kaunas is seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team for the upcoming season. As an English speaking Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. This is a temporary/seasonal position that is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take customer orders and prepare drinks according to their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the café

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
