Junior Electrical Engineer - Svalbard

Our engineering firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Svalbard. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for problem-solving. This is an entry-level position, open to both fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical equipment
- Collaborate with senior engineers on project planning and execution
- Create technical documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Participate in site visits to assess project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and principles
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Previous internship or work experience in the field of electrical engineering
- Familiarity with renewable energy systems

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
