Database Administrator (Part-Time)


We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Database Administrator to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Part-Time Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases, ensuring their smooth operation and security.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure database systems
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Plan and implement database backups, restores, and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the integrity of data within the databases
- Develop and maintain database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions for the data dictionary
- Analyze database requirements of new projects and provide recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in database technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle)
- Familiarity with data backup, recovery, and security protocols
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members

Salary: $1500 per month (part-time)
Location: La-Condamine
