Sales Manager



Our company, a leading manufacturer of consumer goods, is seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving revenue growth for our products. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet targets and increase productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing excellent customer service
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management role within the consumer goods industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the consumer goods industry
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
