Hotel Sales Manager in Abu Dhabi


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers to generate business for the hotel
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to reach revenue goals
- Negotiate contracts with clients and handle any issues or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in Abu Dhabi or UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
