Indian Hotel Sales Manager in Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Indian Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and building strong relationships with clients. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining existing client accounts. You must have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Communicate effectively with all departments within the hotel to ensure seamless operations for clients
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel's services
- Monitor sales performance against targets and report regularly to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager in a reputable hotel or hospitality company
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry in Abu Dhabi
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $900 per month (tax-free)
