Hotel Sales Manager

We are searching for a highly motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through effective sales strategies and strong customer relationships. Your main duties will include identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and developing sales initiatives to increase bookings and revenue.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. You must also possess a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As our ideal candidate, you should be customer-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Identify potential clients, build relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the hotel.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
