Land Surveyor

We are in search of a skilled Land Surveyor who will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, locations of buildings and other structures, and to provide data relevant for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience using surveying equipment such as levels, GPS devices, and total stations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and locations of buildings and other structures.
- Prepare accurate field notes and maintain proper records.
- Use surveying equipment such as levels, GPS devices, and total stations.
- Analyze data to prepare reports and maps.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction personnel to provide necessary data for project planning.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements, calculations, and field notes.
- Operate surveying instruments accurately and safely.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in land surveying.
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as levels, GPS devices, and total stations.
- Knowledge of CAD software is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Our company offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position. This is a full-time job based in Sharjah. As this is a position for Indians, candidates with Indian nationality are preferred. Applicants must have the right to work in Sharjah without accommodation.
