Merchandiser - Albena, Bulgaria


A leading retail company in Albena is seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and attract customers. You will also be in charge of maintaining inventory levels, analyzing sales data, and ensuring that products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans according to company standards
- Create eye-catching displays that reflect current trends and promotions
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistent implementation of visual merchandising strategies
- Collaborate with the buying team to plan product assortments for each season
- Analyze sales data to identify top-selling products and adjust displays accordingly
- Maintain inventory levels by replenishing stock as needed
- Train store staff on proper product placement techniques

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or Visual Merchandiser
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and customer preferences
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for analyzing sales data
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Salary: 900$ per month
