Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)

As a Restaurant Manager for our Indian cuisine restaurant in Kaunas, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maximizing profits. You must have experience in the food industry and be able to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and manage staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health codes
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely preparation of food orders
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control strategies
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills

Salary: $1000 per month

Contract type: Full-time

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania

Preference will be given to candidates who hold Indian nationality or have previous experience working with Indian cuisine. Accommodation will not be provided; however, we will assist with obtaining a free visa and ticket for the right candidate.
