Architecture Manager in Clairvaux


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our growing team in Clairvaux. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from initial design concepts to final construction. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as technical expertise in architecture and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Oversee the development of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Clairvaux. Candidates who are willing to relocate or currently reside in the area will be given preference.
