As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with clients and other stakeholders
- Hire and manage a team of architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Review design proposals, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards and deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels
- Proficient in AutoCAD software; experience with Revit is a plus
- Bilingual in English/French is preferred but not required
