Machine Learning Engineer



We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and improve business processes. This is a contract position with the opportunity for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and design solutions using machine learning
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data for training machine learning models
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights
- Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make improvements as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in developing machine learning models and algorithms
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, or Keras
- Strong understanding of statistics and probability theory
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
