Machine Learning Engineer



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Chelyabinsk, India. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to build scalable and efficient data pipelines and productionize machine learning models.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning models for various business use cases
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and propose effective solutions using machine learning techniques
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines to support model training and deployment
- Monitor model performance in production and continuously optimize for accuracy and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning technologies and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Experience with common machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
- Familiarity with data manipulation tools like SQL, Hive or Spark
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques
- Experience deploying machine learning models into production
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Experience working with big data technologies
