Industrial Architect

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial processes and equipment, as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and efficient designs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed construction plans, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals
- Conduct site visits to evaluate existing conditions and gather information for design development
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and building techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of industrial processes, equipment, and materials
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

Salary: 1100$ per month
