Junior Industrial Architect - Contract Position in Sheduva


A well-established architecture firm in Sheduva is seeking a Junior Industrial Architect to join their team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with limited experience to gain hands-on experience in designing industrial spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects with the design and planning of industrial projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations relevant to industrial construction
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Visit construction sites to ensure designs are being implemented correctly and make necessary adjustments
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations for industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on industrial projects during internships or previous employment
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices for industrial buildings
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or Rhino

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Sheduva, Nepal (accommodation will be provided if needed)
Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
Visa Sponsorship: Not available. Candidates must have their own valid visa for Nepal.
