Baker/Confectioner

We are seeking a skilled Baker/Confectioner to join our team in Braga. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of products such as bread, pastries, and cakes. You must have experience in a professional bakery setting and be familiar with different baking techniques and tools. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Decorate baked goods with icing, glazes, and other toppings
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for taste, texture, and appearance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker/Confectioner in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- Biometric passport
