Back-End Developer


We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Os, Norway. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. Your primary focus will be creating efficient and secure back-end services that integrate with front-end elements. You will also collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration and user-friendly experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, and Ruby on Rails, as well as experience working with databases and server-side frameworks. Responsibilities:
- Develop robust and efficient back-end services for web applications
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration of user-facing elements
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities
- Conduct regular system tests to identify bugs and improve overall performance
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby on Rails
- Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and server-side frameworks (e.g. Django)
- Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, CSS) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
