Senior Level Developer


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Developer to join our development team in Os, Norway. As a Senior Level Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design and develop high-quality software applications using various programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of the applications
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when needed
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in software development roles, preferably in a senior or lead position
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript)
- Experience with database design and development (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
