Contract Merchandiser in Os, Norway

We are seeking a Contract Merchandiser to join our team in Os, Norway. As a contract merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in retail stores to attract customers and drive sales. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores to set up displays and arrange products according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Create eye-catching displays and promotions to attract customers
- Negotiate with store managers to secure prime product placement
- Maintain relationships with store personnel to ensure proper product rotation and restocking
- Gather data on sales trends and customer preferences to inform future merchandising decisions

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to follow company guidelines for product placement and display design
- Strong communication skills for negotiating with store managers and building relationships with store personnel
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while adhering to deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time while setting up displays
