As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability of products in a retail setting. Your main duties will include analyzing sales data, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with buyers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. You will also be responsible for creating attractive product displays, negotiating prices with vendors, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with various teams. Additionally, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are crucial for success in this position.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred

Location: Os, Philippines

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable)

Contract Type: Full-time

Visa Sponsorship: Provided

Travel Requirements: Some travel may be required for supplier or store visits.
