Senior Architectural Designer


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in Jerusalem. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative design solutions for various projects. You must have a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods. The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills and the ability to lead a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Jerusalem
