Contract Moderator (Alta, Norway)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Moderator to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that online discussions and conversations are respectful and follow community guidelines. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and conversations to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Address any inappropriate or offensive content in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with community members to foster a positive and respectful environment.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement community guidelines.
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and issues within the online community.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a moderator or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred:
- Knowledge of Norwegian language or culture.
