Baker - Indian Cuisine



We are currently hiring for the position of Baker - Indian Cuisine in Abu Dhabi. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of traditional Indian breads, desserts, and other items according to recipes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings for various Indian breads and desserts.
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing boxes.
- Monitor baking process to ensure quality and consistency.
- Decorate and present finished products in an attractive manner.
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for baking.
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker specializing in Indian cuisine.
- Knowledge of traditional Indian breads such as naan, roti, paratha, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Good time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy objects.
- Experience working with commercial baking equipment is preferred.

Salary: 1400$
