We are a reputable construction company located in Herzliya, Israel seeking an experienced Tiler to join our team. As a Tiler, your main responsibility will be to install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to blueprints and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles and smoothing out rough patches
- Cut tiles to fit around obstacles and create patterns
- Mix and apply mortar or adhesive to secure tiles in place
- Ensure tiles are level and even using tools such as levels and squares
- Fill in grout between tiles and wipe away excess for a clean finish
- Install tile spacers to maintain proper spacing between tiles
- Make necessary repairs or adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tiler
- Proficient in cutting and laying different types of tile materials
- Knowledgeable in reading blueprints and following specifications
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift heavy objects
