As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and other natural features using specialized equipment. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate data for land development projects. This position is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land using GPS, total stations, and other equipment
- Create accurate maps, plans, and reports based on survey data
- Verify the accuracy of existing survey data
- Communicate with engineers and architects to gather information for surveys
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure proper placement of structures
- Provide recommendations for adjustments and improvements based on survey data
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain records of all survey data and reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- Previous experience in land surveying preferred but not required
- Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use computer software programs such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Physical ability to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
