Senior Architect - Design and Planning Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Dickirch. As a Design and Planning Specialist, you will lead the design and planning process for various construction projects, ensuring that all designs meet client requirements and comply with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design concepts and plans for new construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and practical
- Utilize 3D modeling software to create detailed digital models of proposed designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess potential challenges for design implementation
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction teams
- Review plans during construction to ensure adherence to design specifications
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to continuously improve design practices
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design principles and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or institutional projects
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Dickirch but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who have the necessary work permits.
