Rental Operations Coordinator
As a Rental Operations Coordinator at our rental company in Malindi, your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage all rental operations. This includes coordinating with customers to ensure smooth and efficient rental processes, maintaining accurate records of rental agreements and transactions, as well as managing inventory and scheduling repairs and maintenance for rental equipment.
You will also be responsible for training and supervising rental staff, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service and handle any issues or concerns that may arise. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to promote rentals and provide support for any sales-related activities.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills who can effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in rental operations or a related field, as well as excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
This position offers a salary of $900 per month along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for Pakistani nationals. No English language skills are required, but proficiency in Swahili would be an advantage.
