Slinger - Construction Worker


We are seeking a hardworking and experienced Slinger to join our construction team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials around the construction site using cranes or other equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate cranes or other equipment to move materials around the construction site
- Communicate with crane operators and other team members to ensure smooth movement of materials
- Inspect materials for any defects or damages before moving them
- Secure materials with ropes, chains, or straps to prevent accidents during transportation
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times while on the construction site
- Keep accurate records of materials moved and report any issues or concerns to supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Slinger in a construction setting
- Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and regulations
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to inspect materials for defects or damages
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Malindi, Kenya (visa sponsorship available for non-Kenyan nationals)

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
