Commercial Architect


We are in search of a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your role will involve working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and goals for commercial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop project proposals including timelines, cost estimates, and material requirements
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located in the US. While we prefer candidates who are authorized to work in the US, we are open to considering applicants from other countries who possess a valid biometric passport.
