We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in the vibrant city of Us. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects for commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements and budget
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Oversee construction progress to ensure it aligns with the design plans
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
